A Visit to Frying Pan Farm

This week, we visited Frying Pan Farm Park and learned a bit about Virginia farm history and, of course, got to see the animals! Jadon responded with grins and bubbles to the gobbling turkey. We also introduced Jadon to a calf, however, he broke into tears when we got near it. So, perhaps he won't be a dairy farmer any time soon. 
There was a press conference happening at the farm while we were there with The Washington Post and News 4 in response to four animals that recently had been attacked by an intruder (we're not in any of the video coverage online - we checked!). An anonymous donor has offered a $7,500 reward for anyone who leads law enforcers to the criminal.
